The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Envires Corporation, 12103 Linden Lane, Bowie Md 20715, for a subscription to its "EPA Shadow Law". EPA Shadow Law is the most complete and comprehensive set of administrative and law decisions available on a single compressed CD-ROM. The subscription is needed by EPA's Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance (OECA) to provide multi-user concurrent access for its enforcement attorneys located at headquarters and the 10 regional offices. The subscription would provide access for up to five concurrent users on each of its four (4) LAN networks system, and delivers quarterly updates. The solicitation will be conducted under the provisions for Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). A Firm Fixed Price type contract, with a base period of 01 July 1998 through 30 Sept 1998 and a 12 month option period (beginning 01 Oct 1998 through 30 Sep 1999) is anticipated.
