Amendment No. 003 to Submission No. 194560 dated April 28, 1998. The
period of performance is hereby changed as follows: Performance shall
not begin prior to June 22, 1998 and all work must be completed by July
13, 1998. Bonding is not required for this project. The Bureau of
Engraving and Printing (BEP) will remove oil from oil reservoirs in
both Copepak machine #13 and #16. Contractor is still responsible for
cleaning the floors and trenches per the Statement of Work. The BEP
will recover parts from Copepak machines #13 and #16 prior to contract
removal. Contractor will remove Copepak machine #13 first, however,
the print unit for Copepak #16 will need to be removed before large
parts from Copepak #13 can be moved through the window. Contractor must
