There is a (non-refundable) fee of $85.00 for each set of plans and specifications. The work in this seed project consists of renovating existing bathrooms and kitchens in 100 housing units (Fund Housing) and the conversion of a closet into a half bath in 90 of these units. The specificwork will include providing ceramic tile floors in the kitchens for 100 units and baths for 100 units, replacing wood base, painting walls and ceilings, providing new bathroom fixtures, providing replacement cabinets, replacement of existing light fixtures and outlets, replacing the kitchen windows in 90 units with box bay windows, and incidental related work. This work requires the removal of some items containing asbestos. This work requires the removal of some items containing lead based paint. Estimated Cost: $1M-$2M (0154)
