Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services and qualified supervision to Demolish existing area and Reconstruct the Ambulatory Procedure Suite, Bldg #200, to develope: 1) Pre Admission Testing (Phase I), 2) G.U. Clinic (Phase II), 3) Anesthesia Offices (Phase IIIa), 4) Anesthesia Recovery Area (Phase IIIb), in conformance with specifications and drawings. Area includes approximately 13,000 sq ft of floor space, at the Edward Hines JR VA Hospital, Hines, Illinois. Work will include, but is not limited to, removal of asbestos, general demolition, new partitions, casework, new HVAC and ductwork, plumbing, sprinklers, electrical, fire protection and communication systems.
