surface rock materials on 22 kilometers of the Silver Creek road. The
project also includes reconstruction of three (3) sections of the
Silver Creek Road totaling approximately 1.46 kilometers in length:
which includes; clearing, excavation, drainage, sediment control, and
seeding. The source is located 3.5 miles above the junction of the
Silver Creek and Panther Creek roads (approximately 27 air miles S.W.
of Salmon, Idaho. Estimated start work date is August 3, 1998 with a
completion time no later than September 30, 1999. Cost estimate is
