The Bureau of Reclamation, Tieton Dam, Yakima Project, Washington, has a requirement as follows: It is required that there be constructed and completed in accordance with the contract provisions and clauses, these specifications, and the drawings listed in the List of Drawings hereof, FISH PASSAGE AND PROTECTIVE FACILITIES, PHOENIX DIVERSION OUTLET STRUCTURE, ROGUE RIVER BASIN PROJECT, TALENT DIVISION, OREGON. The work is located in Jackson County, approximately 7 miles southwest of Medford, Oregon. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK The principal components of the work to be performed under these specifications include the following: a. Clearing and grubbing. b. Diversion and care of the stream, and removal of water from foundations and pipe trench. c. Earthwork for and construction of the following:(1) A fish return pipeline and reinforced concrete fish return pipe outlet structure.(2) Furnishing and placing grouted riprap and bedding.(3) Furnishing and constructing a construction access with CMPs. d.
