The contractor shall provide instruction in basic hobby and craft practices. The contractor will be required to work Wednesday through Sunday from 2:00-8:00PM. Class size is estimated at between 15 and 20 students. The contract provides for one (1) twelve month base period and four (4) twelve month option periods. Award will based upon the lowest cost submitted to the Government meeting the minimum qualifications of the solicitation. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside.
