The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the intention of awarding a contract to the International Social Security Association (ISSA) of Geneva, Switzerland for the required services. The contractor will provide a focal point for collecting, translating, compiling, and disseminating information on social security trends and programs throughout the world. The contractor will also update and maintain five infobases in multiple language formats which are electronically accessible by all users. The ISSA maintains close working relations with agencies and governments throughout the world in order to gather and disseminate the data. The proposed contract is for one base year with options for up to four additional years. Any organization which believes it has the relevant experience, personnel, facilities, systems, etc. to perform the described tasks should submit a complete Technical Proposal only to the contracting officer at 1710 Gwynn Oak Avenue; Baltimore, MD 21207; USA; within 10 business days from the publication of this announcement.
