The contractor shall develop health objectives based on goals set by the President for Healthy People 2000/2010. The contractor shall gather data on racial/ethinic minority groups health issues. The contractor will assess the progress in reducing health status disparities and develop baseline indicators for improving minority health in Rhode Island.
