Any vendor responding to this request shall provide evidence that items offered meet all the qualifications required for use with the Cobas Amplicor. All responses from responsible sources will be considered. Responses must include all required evidence, as stated above, to allow this office to evaluate the possibility of the firm to submit a valid proposal. The determination to open competition based on responses is solely within the discretion of the Government. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published.
