Systems consists of concrete ditches around tanks, a containment basin with liner, and an U/G piping system with drop inlets. Site lighting and electrical power are also to be constructed. Tentative issue date of solicitation is 27 July 1998. Bid opening date of 10 September 1998 is approximate. The estimated cost range for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. SIC Code is 1799. The related small business standard is $7,000,000.00. Period of performance is 315 calendar days. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. This procurement solicitation will be issued as full and open competition (unrestricted). This is not set aside for small business concerns.
