The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to award a nonpersonal health care services contract for licensed Dental Hygienist services for a Base Period (date of award through twelve months following date of award) and One One-Year Option Period. Services will be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution, Federal Prison Camp, and Federal Detention Center located at 27072 Ballston Road, Sheridan, Oregon 97378. The dental hygienist must be a graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene Program and possess a current, valid Oregon Dental Hygienist license. The schedule will normally consist of five, six-hour, sessions per week. Sessions normally occur Monday through Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. No individual may work more than 30 hours per week and there is no guaranteed minimum number of sessions. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The SIC is 8021 with size standard 5.0 million; NAICS U.S. is 62121.
