Period of the lease to be a minimum of 14 months with an option of up to 4 additional months. Size of units will be 28ft X 66ft. The Lessor to provide site preparation and temporary footings, tie downs, blocking, skirting and utility connections. The Job Corps will provide utilities within 10 feet of the building locations and will provide all porches, steps and walkways. Floor plan to be approved by the Job Corps prior to fabrication.
