E. Warren AFB, WY. Work includes but is not limited to, selective demolition, and replacement of EIFS finishes, caulking at expansion joints, reinforcement mesh, installation of metal cap flashing and fascia on parapet walls along with providing water tight joints on all EIFS penetrations. Estimated construction cost is between $0.00 and $500,00.00. Contract performance period is one (1) basic year with one (1) option year. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal -- Price Performance Trade-Off (PPT).
