Williams, Contract Specialist, (202) 208-3923 The U.S. Department of the Interior require the services of a contractor to provide all necessary labor, supplies, equipment and supervision to open, repair, replace, or provide various types of locks, lock mechanisms, cylinders and inner and outer spindle hubs for a full ASSA Mortise Cylinder lock. The contractor shall also provide repairs to various types of safes and elevator switches. The work will be performed at the U.S. Department of the Interior buildings located at 1849 C Street, N.W., and 1951 Constitution Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20240. Upon request, the contractor may be required to service other Department of the Interior offices within a 25 mile radius from the Main Interior building. The contractor must an authorized factory distributor for ASSA and Yale products. The contractor must be bonded, insured and have at lease two (2) employees with Top Secret clearance. To ensure prompt turn around time and emergency service, the contractor must be located in the Washington Metropolitan area. Interested parties should request in writing for RFP 14-01-0001-98-R-15.
