This action was originally published in the CBD, dated 98 MAY 13. The amendment revises the proposal due date, the Type of Contract, the Contract Financing, and adds a Special Contract Requirement. The proposal due date is extended from 30 June 1998, 1500 hours, local time to 8 July 1998, 1500 hours, local time. The Type of Contract is revised from Firm-Fixed-Price to Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee. Section C(5), Contract Financing, is deleted and replaced with the following: Special Contract Requirements: The contemplated contract(s) shall include the following Special Contract Requirement: Guaranteed Final Report If this contract is terminated prior to completion, the Contractor agrees to provide the final report. During the life of the contract, the Contractor shall continuously reserve sufficient funds from the amount allotted to guarantee the preparation and delivery of said final report.
