Facility will be attached to Building 323 at its southwest corner. Facility will be complete and operational with all site work, fire protection, plumbing, heating, electrical power and lighting. The period of performance for this project is 179 calendar days from NTP. The Government will hold a site visit for all interested sources. The contractor should make an on site visit to evaluate the project to determine the extent of the repairs/work to be completed prior to submitting their bid. The approximate issue date will be 11 Jun 98 with the approximate response date of 11 Jul 98. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. This is not a Request for Proposals.
