The principal items of work shall include, but are not limited to the following: Demolition and removal of existing built-up roof, flashings and metal copings; installation of new bitumen roofing and insulation; fabricate and install new metal copings and flashings; extension of existing prefabricated roof curbs and vent piping; demolition and removal of the metal building roof curbs, roof jacks, gutters and downspouts; installation of standing seam metal roof over existing metal roofs and on existing roof framing, insulation, roof curbs, roof jacks, gutters and downspouts; reinstall existing power roof ventilator equipment on new roof curbs; electrical work in connection with removing and reinstalling power roof ventilator. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The proposed contract listed herein is unrestricted. Only written requests will be honored.
