The preferred general perimeter area is Route 94/515 on the north, Route 94/515 on the south, Church Street on the east, and Breakneck Road on the west. For a newly constructed buillding a base term of twenty (20) years is sought. Proposals offering existing improved space must be submitted by letter and must include the lowest and best rental amount for a ten (10) year basic term with four (4) five (5) year renewal options. Letter offers for unimproved sites must include the lowest possible purchase price. All offerings should include a floor plan and/or site plan/survey, photos, descriptive data, zoning and ownership information.
