The principle items of work shall include, but are not limited to, the following: remove the existing roofing down to wood decking; add new roof insulation (R-20 average); replace roof, wood fascia and deteriorated wood decking; and provide new metal flashing, gutters and downspouts. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The proposed contract herein is unrestricted. Only written requests will be accepted. Telephone requests will not be honored.
