The work includes the construction to remove and replace the major circuits for runways 02-20 and 11-29, existing timber approach lighting structures for approaches 11 and 20, edge lights for for taxitracts N1, N2, N3 and S4, regulators, emergency generators, and incidental work. Incidental work will include minor modifications to intake and exhaust structures in lighting vault, modifications to lighting controls, and provide new storage fuel oil storage tanks. The IFB will be unclassified. All applicants must be certified to compete in NATO ICB by the U. S. Department of Commerce, Office of Telecommunications.
