Offeror shall specify in their quotation whether steel or aluminum is being offered. (vii) Items 1-7 to be delivered by June 19, 1998 to Lamonta Warehouse, 1175 N. Lamonta Rd, Prineville, OR 97754. Items 8-10 to be delivered by June 19, 1998 to Chuckwagon Material Source, 36 miles east of Prineville, including 1 mile of gravel road. Items 11-13 to be delivered by July 1, 1998 to McGinnis Material Source, 27 miles east of Prineville, including 1 mile of gravel road. Items 14-18 to be delivered by July 17, 1998 to Canyon Creek Material Source, 28 miles east of Prineville. Maps of delivery locations will be provided at time of award of contract. Delivery shall be made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday with at least 72-hour notification prior to delivery. Contractor will be required to off-load at delivery locations. Inspection and acceptance will be made by Government at the place of delivery. FOB points will be the delivery locations. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors -- Commerical Items, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. The specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision is past performance and price.
