It is the intent of the Western Area Power Administration to procure the following items from AVO Multi Amp Corp.: 2 each; Pulsar Test Set, model number 10E3T3G-1/60, and 2 each; Pulsar Monitor Unit, model number TCM-915S. Suppliers may submit data to demonstrate their ability to satisfy this requirement at a lower cost alternative than provided by AVO Multi Amp. Such data must include as a minimum complete specs to identify items in sufficient detail to permit technical evaluation, pricing data, business size, payment terms, freight charges, and number of days for delivery.
