Existing roof shakes to be removed and disposed of; new shakes to be installed including flashing at top of roof. Removal shall be performed in sections of not more than 15 squares at a time. All areas must be secured daily in case of inclement weather so all museum areas and historical artifacts and exhibits are protected against any consequential damages. All shakes are to be matched with any existing shakes not being replaced. This solicitation is open to both large and small businesses. The price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
