To provide leadership training from the Franklin Covey Client Sales, Inc., to help improve the level of organizational development and behavior between members of the work force. This effort includes training in planning, communications methods to improve customer satisfaction, establishing effective performance contracts, establishing mutually favorable agreements, formulating effective vision, creating effective mission statements, empowering the work force, aligning all segments of the organization to focus their mission statements and activity on the overarching organizational mission, and modeling the behaviors necessary to improve organizational and interpersonal effectiveness.
