Naval Reserve Information Systems Office (NAVRESINFOSYSOFF) intends to issue a sole source purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Intersolv Corporation, 8500 Leesburg Pike, Suite 406, Vienna, VA 22182 for 20 days of Process Configuration Management System (PCMS) on-site consulting services and technical training at NAVRESINFOSYSOFF, 13000 Chef Menteur Hwy., New Orleans, LA. During the 20 days, we are requesting 10 days of Technical Training and 10 days of Consulting Services on the Intersolv PCMS Configuration Management tool for government and contractor employees. Intersolv is the only known source to provide this service because Intersolv was responsible for the development of this software and has the knowledge and the ability to configure PCMS to fit our needs in current data modeling efforts. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and is being pursued in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302.1. If after 5 days of this notice, no viable responses have been received, NAVRESINFOSYSOFF will award the contract to Intersolv Corporation. Refer to Numbered Note #22. (0142)
