This action was originally published in the CBD, dated 98 MAY13. The amendment clarifies the Technical Description, the Government Estimate, and the Page Limitations. Proposals addressing areas other than those identified in Section B(1)(a) through (f) will be considered. The Government Estimate of FY98 -- $100 K, FY99 -- $400 K should be used as guidance in preparing proposals. The Government reserves the right to award more or less than this estimate for the individual areas identified in Section B(1)(a) through (f), depending on best value to the Government. The Page Limitation of 50 pages for technical volumes and 25 for cost volumes still apply but should be multiplied by the number of areas proposed.
