Install decking, fascia boards, and rafters as required. Install new materials as follows: 2 layers of felt paper, drip edges, pipe collars, shingles, ridge vent, gutters, downspouts, and flashing on all buildings. Some quarters have multiple layers of shingles. Existing exhaust fans shall be relocated. The existing roof decking shall be overlaid with plywood. Line items will be included for replacement of existing deteriorated roof decking, fascia (wrapped with prefinished aluminum), and perforated vinyl soffit. Abate asbestos-containing roof flashing. The performance period is 180 calendar days. This solicitation is subject to availability of funds. This acquisition will be issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988". Subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitivenss Demonstration Program; therefore, this solicitation will be solicited unrestricted.
