McCartney (701)747-6103 or Sherry Scheer (701) 747-5305 Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to complete JFSD 970019, Install Air Conditioning in Community Center at Grand Forks AFB, ND in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and drawings for this project. The principle features of the project are as follows: Install a 45 and 26 ton air cooled condensing unit, a new air handler and associated ducting to air condition the Community Center. Removal of an existing steam generator and installation of a new hot water heat exchanger with associated hot water piping and heating coils. The period of performance is 150 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This action is being issued unrestricted. Your requests should indicate exact name and address you wish the solicitation to be sent. All contractors MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database or their proposal will not be considered.
