Delawder (504) 678-2150 The work includes providing all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, supervision, incidental engineering, and management required to perform the inspections, testing, maintenance, repair, and component replacement as required to maintain elevator equipment systems in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. The work includes, but is not limited to, service call work, preventive maintenance of equipment, routine and periodic inspections and tests. The proposed procurement will be a combination firm-fixed price/indefinite quantity type contract. The contract term shall have a base period of twelve months with options for four additional twelve month extensions; the total performance term shall not exceed sixty months.
