and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a
SOLE-SOURCE basis with the National Association of Emergency Medical
Technicians, 102 Wet Leake St, Clinton, Mississippi, 39056, to provide
assistance to help the Maternal and Child Health Bureau fully
implement the Emergency Medical Services for Children program. The
Association will participate in EMS Partnership for Children meetings,
disseminate EMSC information to members, and develop a community
"template" to assess the readiness of Emergency Medical Services to
meet the needs to children to be used by lay groups, among other tasks.
The period of performance is one year. A Justification for Other than
Full and Open Competition is on file. This announcement is for
information only. The award shall be made using simplified acquisition
