Orders will be issued for modifications/alterations of AEGIS Weapons System MK7. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). LMC,GES is the developer and sole producer of AEGIS Weapons System MK 7. It is the only company which possesses the knowledge, experience, tooling and equipment necessary to perform the tasks described. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
