B -- INVENTORY TEXTURAL RECORDS/STILL PICTURES SOL NRCS-NHQ-98-0002 POC Sheila Leonard (202) 720-2604 The USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Services has a need for a contractor to provide a written inventory of the textural records and still pictures of the Soil Conservation Service records and pictures located at the National Archives and Records Administration located in College Park, Maryland. The contract requires the contractor to write an inventory of approximately 4,442 cubic feet of textural records and 42,460 photographic prints. The contractor will be required to meet specific education and experience requirements in a historical/archival/natural resources. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. The required period of performance is from the effective date of the purchase order (FOB Destination -- Washington, DC) through December 31, 1998.
