sources sought synosis, issued by the Joint Traffic Management Office.
The government requires delivery by 30 September 1998 of approximately
650 to 700 ISO CSC TRICON configured containers. Production must be in
accordance with Commercial Item Description (CID) A-A-65422. This CID
is available from JTMO (Steve Kubik (703) 681-5619, Sarah Wiley (703)
681-9770, Tina Parrish (703) 681-5618.) The CID may also be
transmitted via e-mail from the following addresses: wileys@
baileys-emh5.army.mil, kubiks@ baileys-emh5.army.mil, parrisht@
baileys-emh5.army.mil. Contractors interested in participating in this
requirement must submit with their proposal two sets of Level II
engineering drawings, as well as detailed production and delivery
plans. Within 21 days after contract award, the contractor must present
one certified ISO CSC 20' 1C TRICON configuration for government
review. All offerors must provide past performance information with
their initial proposals. The contractor MUST deliver the unitsNO LATER
THAN 30 SEPTEMBER 1998 to support deployment of APS3 Army
pre-positioned stock. Delivery will be to the following destinations:
Tobyhanna, PA (approx 420), Albany, GA, (approx. 240). The government
anticipates full and open competition for this requirement. It will be
issued as a synopsis/solicitation approximately 29 May 1998, with
