This includes courts, lobby and exterior entrance. The building will be a freestanding element connected to the existing structure by flashing at the roofline. Existing electrical, mechanical, fire, audiovisual and public address systems will be connected to the new addition. A new HVAC system will be installed along with all of the reqiured connections to the adjacent basketball court area. The new addition will be a load bearing construction in accordance with the original design concept and construction of building 700.
