SOL W31RYO-FORS-COMP POC Contract Specialist Carol Eaves (256) 895-1124 (Site Code DACA87) The Government is seeking potential sources for privatization of utility distribution systems at the following locations: Fort Bragg NC -- Natural Gas, Electrical, and Water/Waste Water Fort Carson CO -- Natural Gas, Electrical, and Water Fort Stewart GA -- Natural Gas, Electrical, and Water/Waste Water Fort Campbell KY -- Natural Gas and Water/Waste Water Privatization is a process by which the Government sells its resources to a private entity and contracts with that entity for services. This effort involves the purchase, ownership, maintenance and operation of the distribution systems as a commercial utility system. If you are interested in any of the projects listed above, request you identify the utility service (i.e. gas, electrical or water/waster water you are interested in providing) and location, also respondents should provide documentation that they can provide the required service along with evidence of licenses or franchise agreements by June 5, 1998.
