This service consists of gathering appraisal data, preparing fact sheets, preparing draft agreements, supplements to agreements, and project agreements for cost share and other cooperative road programs. The government intends to guarantee a minimum of 400 hours of work and a maximum of 2000 hours of work. Past performance, past experience will be evaluated as more important than price.
