J -- COOPERATIVE SERVICE AGREEMENT SOL 678-44-98 POC Richard Trevino, Contract Specialist (520) 629-4619 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Tucson, AZ intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Picker International, Inc., 7500 East Arapahoe Rd., Englewood, CO 80112 for a cooperative service agreement to provide back up maintenance and repair support for a Picker magnetic resonance imager with Kodak laser camera 100XLP and a Picker Gamma Camera 2000 with ancillary equipment. The agreement shall include, annually, contractor provided parts support up to a limited dollar amount, two quality assurance reviews, limited hours of telephone and on-site second response support, customer service documentation, diagnostic software, customer service bulletins, magnet maintenance and cryogen service, and discounts on future training classes.
