99 -- INSTALL INSULATED STEAM FITTED JACKETS SOL 583-49-98 DUE 062698 POC Esther Walker #317-554-0203 Mechanical Contractor shall perform service to install re-usable thermal blanket steam jackets on all steam fittings and PRV stations at the Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th St., Building 1, Indianapolis, IN: Vault "A", "B", "C", new building sub-basement, old building sub-basement, 5th Floor penthouse, 9th floor mechanical room, old auditorium basement. Company shall furnish all labor and materials to perform the project. Contractors MUST make a scheduled on-site visit prior to bid opening. Contractors must submit daily logs and notify supervisor or the plumbing shop daily of work activities. Contractor shall provide two (2) hours of training to show personnel how to extract and re-insulate fittings. Contractor shall provide submittals for VA approval prior to installation and shall also furnish a materials listing as to the number of jackets installed.
