83 -- AIR TENTS POC Dena Martin (202) 927-7719 Fax: (202) 927-8683 The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Emteko, Inc. for air tents used during emergency operations such as National Response Team activations. Requirement is as follows: (9) each inflatable air tents, measured 13' x 13', with carrying case, heavy duty floor, 3' x 6' roll up door, high pressure fill port, 3 window panels labeled ATF, 1 screened panel, 14 steel stakes, repair kit, and removable panel above door. The tents also has dual track zippers on two fully removable end panels that allow unlimited configuration possibilities. Awardee must complete a SF-3381 ACH Vendor/Miscellaneous Payment Enrollment form, for payment via electronic funds transfer. The procurement will follow both commercial and simplified acquisitions procedure. All interested parties must submit a quote within 15 days after publication.
