The work includes, but is not limited to, final design, removal of the old roof and installation of a new roof at the existing Hartford, CT Processing & Distribution Center at 141 Weston St. The estimated cost of the work is between $1.5 and $2.5 million, with completion within 120 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed with the work. There will be a preproposal conference for this solicitation on June 3, 1998 at 10:00 a.m. in the Maintenance Manager's Office at the Hartford P&DC. The conference is not mandatory, but offerors are strongly encouraged to attend.
