synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with
the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional
information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the
only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written
solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 99008-154 is
issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and
incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through
Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04. This is a small business set-aside
and the Standard Industrial Classification for electrical Industrial
apparatus is 3629. The small business set-aside standard is 500
employees. The solicitation line item is as follows: Item 1, Part
Number SR-90, Universal Protective Relay Test Set (or equal), Quantity:
1, Units: EA; Item 2, Part Number EPS-1000A, Electronic Phase Shifter
(or equal), Quantity: 1, Units: EA. The specific IBB requirement is for
a test set to be used in both power plants and transmitter plants to
test protective relays. F.O.B. Point: Destination -- Inside Delivery.

contract award. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. The
