Damen, Chicago, IL. The reasons why this is considered a sole source with Inland include the fact that this is a component of the existing, in place Genset; only Inland has been willing to quote on the maintenance of the Genset; Inland is the only authorized distributor of this equipment in the area; and the Genset is an older unit that is out of production, other sources who believe they are capable of providing these services must supply information about their qualifications to this office by 5/26/98.
