Work includes renovation of interior surfaces of the Main Facility and O&M facility with carpet, vinyl tile, paint, and acoustical ceiling tile. HVAC units will be provided for the newly remodeled spaces, and new lighting, power receptabcles, LAN and telephone jacks will be included. A unisex restroom will be added to the O&M Facility with required utility piping and a small sewage lift station. Options to the contract will include addition of windows and vinyl wall covering in the Main Facility. Estimated magnitude of work is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Issue date for solicitation will be on or about June 16, 1998 at no charge for the electronic bid sets. Solicitation electronic bid set will be made available upon written request mailed to the Contracting Division at the above address. In order to receive documents in a timely manner, requests should be received by May 29, 1998.
