COOLING AT CO-LOCATED SITES The U.S. Department of Energy, Idaho
Operations Office (DOE-ID) intends to make an award to the Washington
State University. The intended work is for evaluation of the district
energy potential in any given community requires, in addition to
resource potential, an assessment of the potential market, load
density, transmission and distribution system configuration and capital
costs, and operating costs. The project proposed would be a scoping
study to develop and test methodologies and develop a plan and costs
for a comprehensive evaluation of all technically and economically
