JE is seeking qualified companies to provide titanium nitride (TiN) hard coating, deposited by physical vapor deposition (PVD) and titanium carbide nitride (TiCN) hard coating, deposited by physical vapor deposition (PVD). Applications to be applied to Ti-6AL-4V manufactured parts. Example of physical dimensions of the parts to be coated are 18" O.D. X 8" L, 14" O.D. X 9" L, 2" X 2" X 1.5" Vanes, 7/8" X 6" dowel pins. Delivery response time is critical. Interested sources are requested to provide information that you consider helpful for JE to determine that your company can meet these requirements.
