SIC Code 1623/$17 million. The requirement is for a base and two (2) twelve (12) month option period. The estimated dollar range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Work includes cathodic protection; extra depth excavation; road cutting, boring and patching; operating, repairing and installing valves and meters; installation of Government provided materials; inspection and testing of existing lines (i.e. x-ray, leak detection, pressure, etc). This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this acquisition is Unrestricted; however solicitation will contain an evaluation preference for SDB concerns.
