This project is set aside for small business concerns. The work includes providing all materials, labor, equipment, transportation and supervision for the renovation of second floor office areas, Building 39, occupied by navy Criminal Investigative Service. The project shall be performed in two phases, with the first phase including painting of all areas, re-carpeting of all areas having existing carpeting, installation of color coordinated window blinds, soundproofing of entry lobby and adjoining conference room, and replacement of stained or damaged ceiling tiles. The second phase will include the total refurbishment of two restrooms, to include new vinyl flooring, vanities, sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, light fixtures, privacy panels, and painting wall surfaces. In addition, an exiting window in the entrance lobby will be replacled with security glass, and a voice call system will be installed in the lobby connecting to administrative offices. Estimated cost range of project: from $25,000.00 to $50,000.00.
