The purpose of this announcement is to determine if there are qualified small business firms interested in competing for this project. The Department's goal is to award, by competitive negotiation, a single fixed price contract to a Design-Build concern with extensive prior experience in the development of parking structures, development of fee collection methods and calculation of suitable fees.
