Work under this project consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, material and incidentals necessary for construction of parking lot expansion and repair. Design and engineering have been completed. Rights of way, permits, archeological and environmental clearances have been acquired. Project to include, but not limited to, earthwork, grassing, concrete paving, combined concrete curb and gutter and removal and relocation of trees. The site is located north of Anadarko, Oklahoma and is located on Delaware Tribal land. The estimated cost of construction is between $25,000 -- $100,000. Section 7(b) of the Public Law 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 450E) and 41 CFR 14-1.354 requires that perference opportunities in employment and training be given to Indian/Alaskan individuals and that preference in the award of subcontracts be given to Indian/Alaskan economic enterprises. The Delaware Tribe of Western Oklahoma does have an approved Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance and tax in effect, that the successful bidder must comply with.
